As specialist, we take your concerns about the project away as we can plan and even execute the projects for you. Our equipment is checked an tested for each new project. Naturally, this also applies to equipment that is leased. We can guarantee good quality and reliable equipment.
To get an impression of what we have:
- about 80,000 ton jacking capacity: hydraulic jacks with a capacity of 5-500 ton and a stroke of 5mm to 1600mm.
- 15 hydraulic pump units: electric and manual, from 1 to 10 liters / min with all hydraulic fittings.
- 2000m skidding beams and (specially constructed) support girders, skidding beams with stainless steel top layer of 280mm to 800mm high.
- Girders PRS1400, 24m long (1 PRS is comparable to three HE1000B girders).
- Over 2000 tons of girders HE600B to HE1000B with lengths up to 25m.
- Bracing tube systems, from 50 to 600 tons, for both horizontal and vertical applications (Temporary bracing constructions);
- All bracing systems are equipped with end plates and are available in any length and if needed, with hydraulic jacks.
- Bracing materially from 5 to 500 tons, Sand pots etc.
- Computerized Jacking System with up to 16 points with an accuracy of 0.3mm
