Sliding in track decks
Insertion of 2 large railway decks of 1,800 tons and 1,150 tons of the Vier Paardjes underpass in Venlo.

<h4><strong>Impression of the decommissioning:</strong></h4>
Venlo: to realise the railway underpass ‘Vier Paardjes’, 2 railway decks were slid in simultaneously. One was 1,800 tonnes and the other 1,150 tonnes. The decks were slid 54 metres over our sliding girders into the track. There, both decks were jacked down another 25cm to be placed on their temporary supports. The decks were moved from the construction site to their final location in 12 hours.
